1. Rodeo Application And Website

This privacy policy applies to your use of the Rodeo mobile application, backend services, and website pages associated with Rodeo (collectively, "Rodeo"). In this privacy policy, "we" or "us" refers to Send It Technologies Inc.

If you obtain the Rodeo application through an app store, please note that those stores have their own data collection practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies as well.

2. Your Personal Information

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  1. Phone number
  2. Name (which may be your actual name or a chosen username)
  3. IP addresses and other device identifiers
  4. Cryptocurrency addresses you interact with

We treat any data that could reasonably identify a person as personal information.

Public usernames (and optional links to social accounts) are not inherently personal information, but they may become identifiable depending on what you share.

If you email us, request support, apply to work with us, or otherwise communicate information not required to use Rodeo, we may also collect and retain that data.

3. Why We Collect Personal Information

Name / Username Used to personalize your experience and enable interactions with other users. This may be a real name or an alias.
IP Address and Device Identifiers Collected automatically to establish secure connections, improve performance, and support basic analytics.
Cryptocurrency Address Required to enable trading functionality, identify your assets, and enforce legal or compliance rules such as sanctions enforcement.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. What We Don't Collect

As part of our privacy-first approach, we do not collect:

  2. Mailing address
